Our inspection process begins with a comprehensive on-site visual examination, typically lasting one to two hours. This is followed by the delivery of a detailed written report, complete with inspection photos and helpful illustrations. Additionally, you'll receive a link to download all photos and any supplementary reference materials.
On-Site Inspection
The inspector will conduct a meticulous inspection alone, thoroughly assessing the property’s grounds, buildings, and systems. Numerous photographs will be taken to document the property's condition. Upon completing the inspection, the inspector will walk through the property with you, sharing critical observations and discussing any items of concern or potential financial implications. This ensures all your questions are answered before the inspection concludes.
Report Compilation
The second phase involves a detailed review of the photos taken on-site and the compilation of the written report. The report is organized using a detailed checklist that includes:

The final report, along with the photos and any additional product information curated for you, will be emailed directly to you.
