Our inspection process begins with a comprehensive on-site inspection, featuring a thorough visual examination that typically lasts one to two hours. Following this, you will receive a detailed written report that includes inspection photos and helpful illustrations. Additionally, we provide a link for you to download all photos and supplementary reference materials.
On-Site Inspection
During the on-site inspection, the inspector will meticulously assess the property’s grounds, buildings, and systems independently. Numerous photographs will be captured to document the property's condition. After completing the inspection, the inspector will conduct a walk-through with you, sharing critical observations and discussing any items of concern that may have financial implications. This ensures that all your questions are addressed before the inspection concludes.
Report Compilation
The second phase includes a thorough review of the photos taken during the on-site inspection and the compilation of a detailed written report. This report is organized using a comprehensive checklist that encompasses:
